"I have been waiting seven years for today!
I had a belief that after 7 years I would move on from my life changing accident on 22nd December, 2008, when I broke my back.
7 years ago today I was told there was a high possibility I would never walk again after paralysing my legs. I gave myself seven years to recover, to put it behind me and to stop boring people to death about it!
Well, as coincidence has it, it seems that my seven years was a Prophecy... it falls on the Winter Solstice (a date which changes each year).
Pagans celebrate The Winter Solstice (shortest day of the year) with rituals of rebirth. They believe the Winter Solstice is an important turning point and marks the sun being reborn.
Coincidence? Certainly a good coincidence. It appears the Universe is on my side.
Not just a new summer on its way - maybe even a new 'Summers'..."

Well, it could hurt, a bit, as your body adjusts, and it is hard work, but satisfyingly hard work, and yeah, you may look stupid, but who cares?
I only care that you believe you can change, because I believe anyone can change.
I will convince you. I wasn't born a 'natural runner', neither was I 'sporty' at school. Now, I run everyday, I run across deserts too. I also broke my back, twice!!
So, you see, having a Personal Trainer means you will be able to do things you never thought you could, but as a result you will have the body, the fitness, the goal and strength you always wanted. You just need to believe it and let me train you.
