You know when you see someone running and think,
 
"I could never do that" ...

or you see someone jog for a bus, and you think,
 
"I would collapse if I did that"...

"the shoulder injury I had five years ago means I could never play tennis" ...

or

"the hip replacement I had means I can't ride a bike" ... or

"excuse, excuse, excuse!"............

Well, I don't believe in any of that. 

I believe most of the time it is all in your head. 
That you can do those things, you just don't know how or refuse to try because you are scared it will hurt or that it will be hard work, or you think you will look stupid. 

Well, it could hurt, a bit, as your body adjusts, and it is hard work, but satisfyingly hard work, and yeah, you may look
stupid, but who cares?? 

I only care that you believe you can change, because I believe anyone can change. 

I will convince you.  I wasn't born a 'natural runner', neither was I 'sporty' at school.  Now I run everyday, I run across deserts too.  I also broke my back, twice!!

So you see, having a Personal Trainer means you will be able to do things you never thought you could, but as a result you will have the body, the fitness, the goal and strength you always wanted.  You just need to believe it and let me train you.

In May 2012 I will be running 150 miles in a self sufficient race through Jordan, Middle East with Racing the Planet.  Temperatures can reach up to 40 degrees C.  I will be running with a rucksack carrying all my food for one week, my sleeping bag and up to 3 litres of water.
