This package is perfect for you if you want a fully customised workout which can include strength training, kettle bell training, circuits, gym ball workouts, bosu workouts, mat workouts, outdoor fitness, TRX suspension training, cycling, running, speed work, endurance training, obstacle training.
The Silver Package comes complete with 24hr online support and daily text support. It is a highly motivated session with the emphasis being on fun, with a view to changing your quality of life for the better forever.
Duration: Minimum of 60 minutes.

ULTIMATE personal training package for you.
Includes a fully customised work out session but with a complete personalised training programme for up to six months ahead.
A Gold package includes special extras; nutritional advice, fitness tests, optional fat percentage readings for your own records, customised exercise sheets to use at home, weekly challenges with progress report and feedback.
The Gold Package includes 24 Hour online support and daily text support and optional Skype.
PLUS the flexibility to postpone the session right up to the last minute with no cancellation fees (not included in Bronze and Silver packages). It means you are protected if you need to go on a trip during a block booking and guaranteed not to lose your specified slot.

You will have 24 hours a day text and online support, plus one face to face meeting. £65 12 Weeks Plan - gives you 24 hours a day text and online support and updates to the plan and tailored workouts that help strengthen and improve running. WHY ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING?
If you really want to see results and get the body you want and be as fit as you want, you really need to train a minimum of three times a week.
Having a Personal Trainer regularly and several times a week can be costly, so I believe in being flexible. If you only want one session with me per week, that's fine, but I want you to workout on your own too.
Even if you are just seeing me for some exercises following an injury (after being diagnosed by a Physiotherapist) it is important, to be consistent - really IMPORTANT!
Consistency is everything. It enables our bodies to adapt and our muscles to become conditioned so that we can get to the point where training becomes enjoyable!
Otherwise every time we miss a session, we go backwards and have to start again, and it hurts - and after a vigorous workout, it can keep feeling like you have the flu.

For Personal Training Sessions I have loads of exciting equipment, so you don't need to have anything yourself unless you want to work on your own.
However, you will be surprised what you can do with your own body, a chair and a garden bench, so don't rush out and buy tons of expensive gear that ends up as a clothes horse.
I can work in any sized home. Space is always a bonus, but I can always improvise.
